On Motivation: OpenSky recognizes that motivation is the most important concern in web based training. There are several ways to motivate learning but a combination of thinking games and self assessment is one practical way to induce attention. Games bring attention and without testing there is no way to track learning. Interestingly, sometimes there is not much difference between a good game and a good test.
