On Motivation:
OpenSky recognizes that motivation is the most important concern in web based training. There are several ways to motivate learning but a combination of thinking games and self assessment is one practical way to induce attention. Games bring attention and without testing there is no way to track learning. Interestingly, sometimes there is not much difference between a good game and a good test. We have many unfortunate attitudes about testing so an effective program needs to offer testing in a way that is not frightening. OpenSky brings many years of experience to designing training and assessments that effectively transfer information and skills to employees in a way that is agreeable.
